Standard B2B order flow
Understand.
Verify. Deliver.
Boon Traders coordinates the complete export process from Dar es Salaam, so buyers receive a fully documented, ready-to-clear shipment. The same order flow applies whether you are sourcing a sample, a single container or a repeating supply programme.
How an order moves
- 01
The buyer sends the product, grade, quantity and destination they need.
- 02
Boon Traders confirms availability and issues a written commercial quotation against that requirement.
- 03
Sample and specification approval, plus pre-shipment inspection where the buyer or destination requires it.
- 04
Contract, payment terms, packaging and shipping schedule are agreed and documented.
- 05
Cargo is cleaned, graded, packed, weighed and photographed, then documented under a unique Shipment ID.
- 06
Shipment is arranged from Tanzania on the agreed Incoterm, with container and seal details shared before loading.
Documentation we manage.
