Quality control & traceability
A clear line
from source to seal.
Every shipment is inspected before purchase and before loading. Our quality control process is applied consistently across all product lines, so what is approved at the warehouse is what arrives at destination.
Inspection is carried out at the point of purchase and again before loading. Where a buyer or importing authority requires it, third-party inspection and laboratory analysis are arranged, and results are shared before the cargo is sealed. We keep records for every lot, so a question about any shipment can be traced back to its source.
Quality checks cover
- 01
Moisture content and physical condition of the lot
- 02
Foreign matter, pest infestation and mould
- 03
Colour, odour and product grade against specification
- 04
Packaging condition and correct weight per bag or carton
- 05
Laboratory testing where required by the buyer or destination country
Full traceability.
Every shipment is assigned a unique Shipment ID linking it to its supplier, batch, inspection result and export documentation — for example BTC-2026-CAS-001 for cashew, BTC-2026-COF-001 for coffee, and BTC-2026-SPC-001 for spices. No supplier is used for a major order without prior evaluation, and no shipment proceeds without a documented quality approval.
